Rocky Road Runners and Nedbank Running Club CG will be hosting a series of Comrades Panel Talks. All the latest news from Comrades House, race day tips, photos of the course and more.
The meeting is for Novices wanting to be sure of getting a 2013 medal, Comrades runners needing motivation and Comrades runners aiming for a faster time.
Rockies have held these talks for 34 years and have assisted 6,000 runners with a successful Comrades. The training programme developed by Don Oliver over the years has been published as a book, which will be on sale at the meeting. |
