New Forest Full Marathon
MULTI TERRAIN / ROAD RACE - START 10.00 AM
3 miles run off road on good forest track.
New Forest Half Marathon
ROAD RACE - START 09.15AM
MARATHON & HALF MARATHON COURSES WILL CLOSE AT 15.30 hrs
Refunds:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you do not run.
Wheelchairs:
Regrettably we cannot accept entries as neither course is deemed safe nor suitable.
Cyclists, Child buggies, Dogs are not permitted to accompany runners in the race
Headphones:
Both races are run on public roads. Wearing of headphones, earphones, and any in-ear audio device is PROHIBITED by NFM Ltd.
We strongly advise that in the interest of safety you refrain from wearing them.
Any competitor ignoring this rule may be disqualified from the race, sorry but this is for YOUR SAFETY!

Raising money for Charity:
Our sponsorship form can be used for any charity. It will be validated at the finish to confirm that you completed the race. Other registered charity forms can be used. Some employers match the funds raised; make enquiries where you work.
Charity Helpers:
The marshals and helpers on the course are mostly raising funds for good causes. Tell your non-runner friends that they can raise money in this way.
First Time Runners:
If this is your first major run enter for the half marathon; do not attempt the full marathon.
The Courses:
Both races start in New Milton town centre. They are scenic road courses with forest views and shaded lanes. Approx. 3 miles of the Marathon are off road on good forest track.
BOTH COURSES CLOSE AT 15:30
Runners still on the course after this time will be advised by the sweep vehicle that safety cover, marshals and drinks stations will be stepped down and you will be running at your own risk after this. If it is your first race do your training to ensure completing the race within time
