About:
A brand new race in Pretoria on the cards. This is a very famous and safe route for cyclists. The race wil start at 07:00 with the final cut-off time at 11:00. The route is very quite with almost no traffic on it, however, it is a moderate to difficult route.
Prize money will be given to the winners of the categories on the 105km race with trophies to the winners on the other distances.
All Paracyclists and participants over the age of 70 years will have a free entry and will not have to pay anything to take part.

Timing & Other Rules:
Timing is done by ChampionChip with the standard rule of No Chip - No Timing - No Result - No Prize.
Timing Chips are available when entering the race and will also be available at the venue at R120-00 (including Bike Clip). Both Tandem Riders to wear their own chip.
You, the cyclists are our best assets and for this reason the following rules will be enforced:
CYCLISTS CROSSING THE CENTRE WHITE LINE, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
NO HELMET, NO RIDE.
You will be required to produce your valid CSA license or proof of Provincial Affiliation at
registration or you will be required to purchase an event license.

Late entries at registration only with a R20-00 late entry penalty.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON RACE DAY
Tandems on the long distance will start last due to the route lay-out in the early stage of the race.
Cut off will be at 11:00 after the start of the long distance, at the beginning of the second lap.

How to get there:
From Johannesburg and Pretoria, travel on Polokwane (Pietersburg) Freeway to Zambesi off-ramp. Turn right and proceed until you cross the Zambesi Road/Moloto Road traffic lights. Zambesi Mall entance is on the left. This will be the only entrance to the parking area for the race. Follow yellow direction boards to the venue.
From old Warmbaths (Bela Bela) road, travel EASTWARDS in Zambesi Road until Zambesi/Moloto roads crossing and find Zambesi Mall on the left.
