This one is for the sisters! In a bid to grow the participation of women in the Ultimate Human Race, the Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) will be presenting the Comrades Marathon Women Seminars across the countrys four major cities in the month of February 2014 in order to prepare those women who have entered the 2014 Comrades Marathon for the peak training months of March and April. |
