About:
The Third Rooiwal challenge, both Road and Mountain Biking Races, will take place again on 8 November 2014. The standard Rooiwal routes will be used to enable us to present distances of 72, 52 and 26km and for the Mountain Bike event, there will be some new MTB routes in the same area with distances of 60, 30 & 10km on the dirt roads. |

How to get to the venues:
From Johannesburg, Pretoria, travel on the N1 Polokwane (Pietersburg) freeway and exit at the Wallmanstall off ramp, turn left and proceed to the first T junction. Turn right on the R 101. Turn right at the first road proceed for 700 meters and find the venue on your right.
From Polokwane travel on the N1 Polokwane freeway and at the Wallmanstall turn off. Turn right across freeway and proceed to the first T junction. Turn right on the R 101. Turn right at the first road proceed for 700 meters and find the venue on your right.

Timing by ChampionChip:
These events are being timed by the QTC Timing using the ChampionChip system and therefore you are required to own your own ChampionChip to participate in the event. To ensure you are accurately recorded in the race results, it is important that you are in possession of your own ChampionChip that is correctly registered in your name. If you do not currently have a ChampionChip or want to verify that it is correctly registered, this can be done on the internet at www.championchip.co.za or by contacting ChampionChip Africa on 0861 100 963. Your ChampionChip code must be entered on the entry form. Your ChampionChip MUST be correctly attached to the bottom of the fork or your bicycle using a ChampionChip Bike Clip.
