10k Road Race (10:30am start)
This will be the seventh year for this popular annual event - a challenging 10k race around Parc Bryn Bach lake. The race will take place around the picturesque Lake at the heart of the park. |

Information:
The entry fee is £10 for runners affiliated to a running club and £12 for non-affiliated. Hospice of the Valleys, co-organisers of the race, would be extremely grateful for any extra sponsorship money that participants are able to raise for this good cause (see Hospice of the Valleys web page for details)
All runners will receive a goody bag, race number, timing chip and an event t-shirt which will all be given out on the day.
The minimum age for participation in this event is 17.
The current course record for men is 33:11 held by Richard Gardiner (2010) while Nicola Gething holds the course record for women of 41:31 (2014).
