The John West Liverpool Spring 10k will take place on Sunday 1st May 2016 @ Sefton Park. The John West Liverpool Spring 5k and Kids 1k will take place on Sat 30th April 2016 We welcome runners of all abilies - whether you're a jogger, plodder or speedy club runner!
