About: The Birchwood Half Marathon returns for its 6th year and is committted to going the extra mile to make you smile. We have listened to all of your race feedback and have upped the ante to make 2016 the best race yet! We have teamed up with ChampionChip and Modern Athlete to offer you the ultimate road race experience. We have limited the entries for both the 21.1km and 10km to 3000 participants and 500 participants for the 5km. ONLY pre-entries will be accepted this year. Entries can be purchased at the Birchwood Hotel, The Sweat Shop in Dunkeld & Bedfordview as well as online at www.birchwoodhalfmarathon.co.za. There will be NO entries sold on the day. All participants completing the race this year will receive a medal. We are very excited about this years race and look forward to your support.
