About: This is the second instalment of the Harry Gwala District Marathon which will also have a choice of taking part in the newly introduced 21.1km Half Marathon. The start of the 42.2km Marathon will be from R56 Ibisi and the 21.1km Half Marathon will start from R56 Umzimkhulu. All races will finish at Ixopo High School. The 42.2km Marathon is also one of just a few remaining opportunities to qualify for the 2016 Comrades Marathon and as a ChampionChip timed event Comrades entrants will automatically have their results updated as qualifying details on their Comrades entry, thereby eliminating the need to submit this information personally.
