About: The 2017 Cape Gate Vaal Marathon is taking place on Sunday 5th March 2017 and will be the 43rd running of this event and R10 of each 42.2 and 21.1 km entry will go to our local charities.
This is a 4 race event, a 42.2 km Marathon, 21.1 km Half Marathon, 10 km Race and a 5 km Fun Run.
The popular +1 10KM race will again be held and is for 2 runners running and finishing together to qualify for a special medal. Temp licences will be included in the entry fee.
The first 700 online entrants across the 42km & 21km will receive a race T-Shirt. We also have the Vaal Marathon Special Edition T-Shirts for sale during the online registration process or visit shop.in2sports.co.za for additional merchandise.
