PFMA is for runners of all abilities. Whether you are just starting out, looking to take your running to the next level or just wanting the enjoyment and camaraderie that comes with being a part of a club community then PFMA is for you. Currently, PFMA covers Central Gauteng Athletics (CGA) and Athletics of the Greater North (AGN).
More runners are discovering the incredible ways in which strength and interval training can improve their running economy and performance and so, in addition to social group runs, PFMA offers existing Planet Fitness members and Non-members the opportunity to access the benefits of both running and gym training.
