About: The Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) will be presenting the Bonitas Comrades Women Seminars in the month of March 2019. These seminars are aimed at providing technical as well as professional support to the ladies running Comrades Marathon in 2019 and those that would like to run it in the near future.
A panel of expert professionals in the fields of Medicine; Dietetics and the Official Comrades Coach will be on hand to provide expert advice to the attendees on a number of relevant topics. Various motivational speakers will also be part of these seminars.
These sessions will be interactive, with experts giving short presentations on selected topics. The ladies will then be given an opportunity to direct questions to the panel. Each session will start with a scrumptious breakfast between 08h00 and 09h00, and then the presentations will start at 10h00.
The cost is R150 per person, buffet breakfast included. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
