The course will be on Llandudno Promenade; starting from a known point opposite Venue Cymru to the Cenotaph is one km (so that there and back is 2km). To ensure accuracy, we will have the course accurately re-measured. Click here to see location.
First race at 11.30 a.m.
Race One:
U/13 boys and U/15 boys; U/13 girls and U/15 girls; M70+ and F70+
Each team to consist of 3 athletes, who will run 2km each.
Race Two:
15 - 19 boys; 15 - 19 girls (combined U/17 & U/20 age-group); SM + M35; SL + F35 (both combined age-group);
Each team to consist of 3 athletes, who will run 4km each.
Race Three:
M40-49, F40-49;
M50-59; F50-59; M60-69, F60-69
Each team to consist of 3 athletes, who will run 4km each. |
