NYD Resolution Run 5K

1 January 2020

A 5KM race starting and finishing at the RSPB Reserve, Conwy.
The course follows the flat path / cycle track towards Deganwy and across 'The Cob' on the return leg taking in views of Conwy Castle and the estuary.
The start time is 11am
All runners will receive a medal and goody bag
Minimum age is 15 years
Suitable for everyone from fast to fun runners.
