We are an Inclusive Athletic Club that aims at encouraging and providing opportunities for ALL its members to take part in walking, hiking jogging, running, cross country and road running at all levels of performance - especially those who it takes twice as long to finish and twice as much effort to move twice much weight across the finish line.
We are of the view that it's ok to be any size and still compete.
We intend focusing mainly on novices and back (slow) athletes without neglecting the middle and the front ones.
We strongly believe in recognising and acknowledging each and every athletes' achievement no matter how small.
