RACE START TIMES:
21.1km, 10km races and 5km fun run: 07:00am. (No starters prior to 07:00am and after 07:10am)
5km runners to line behind the 10km and 21km runners at the start.
ENTRIES:
Online early entries will close on Sunday, 29 January 2023 at midnight. Personalised race numbers will be issued for these entries.
Online late entries will open on Monday 30 January 2023 00:00am and close on Saturday 04 February at 06:30am. Race numbers for these entries will not be personalised.
DISTANCES AND ENTRY FEES:
Early entries (Up to Sunday 29 January 2023):
21.1km - R240.00
10km - R160.00
5km fun run - R100.00
Late entries (Monday 30 January 2023 to Saturday 04 February 2023 @ 06:30am):
21.1km - R260.00
10km - R180.00
5km fun run - R110.00

PRIZES:
Prize giving will start at 09:00am.
Top 3 ladies and men:
Complementary prizes will be given to the 5 km fun run and age category winners
Medals to all who finish within cut-off time.
RACE CUT-OFF TIME:
3.5 hours (@ 10:30am) for all distances
TOG BAG AREA:
Will be available at the marquee near the start at the venue. Runners will be issued with tag numbers for their bags which they must keep safely and produce at collection. The race organisers and sponsors are not liable for any losses.
ROUTE INFORMATION:
1. Water tables will be every 3km.
2. Traffic officers and race marshals will be on the route and will be released 3 hours after the race start time (i.e. @ 10:00am) as well as the clearing of the water tables.
3. Tables at the finish will be cleared 4 hours after the race start time (i.e. @ 11:00am).
