RACE START TIMES:
21.1km, 10km races and 5km fun run: 07:00am. (No starters prior to 07:00am and after 07:10am)
5km participants to line behind the 10km and 21km runners at the start.
ENTRIES:
Online early entries will open on Friday 23 December 2022 and close on Monday 08 May 2023 midnight. Personalised race numbers will be issued for these entries.
Online late entries will open on Tuesday 09 May 2023 and close on Sunday, 14 May 2023. Race numbers for these entries will not be personalised.

PRIZES:
Prize giving will start at 09:30am.
Top 3 Ladies and Men - Open:
Complementary prizes will be given to the 5 km fun run and age category winners.
Medals to all finishers within cut-off time.
RACE CUT-OFF TIME:
3.5 hours (@ 10h30) for all distances
Tog Bag Area:
Available at the venue. Runners will be issued with tag numbers for their bags which they must keep safely and produce at collection. The race organisers and sponsors are not liable for any losses.
ROUTE INFORMATION:
1. Water tables will be every 3km.
2. Traffic officers and race marshals will be on the route and will be released 3 hours after the race start time (i.e. @ 10h00) as well as the clearing of the water tables along the route.
3. Tables at the finish point will be cleared 4 hours after the race start time (i.e. @ 11h00).
