| About:
The Glyndŵr 7 race is set in Machynlleth, the ancient capital of Wales and home to the Owain Glyndŵr Parliament House, and comes a day after Owain Glyndŵr Day.

The interesting and challenging 7 mile route climbs out of Machynlleth via the Roman Steps and joins part of Glyndŵr's Way, taking in farm tracks, technical trail and fire roads. There is plenty of climb and some lovely, sweeping downhill sections!

We hold this race in memory of John Williams, our friend and former club secretary, who inspired many of us to run and to appreciate our surroundings. We will be raising money for the Chemotherapy Unit at Bronglais Hospital, who did so much to help John. Please donate if you can, thank you.
