About: The Middle Endurance Challenge requires solo runners, or relay teams of two or four, to set a goal of how many loops they can run in 8 hours. Each loop is ± 5km on well-marked trails through Virginia Bush in Durban North. Each runner or team will be required to manage themselves during the allotted time period as they work to achieve their goal. Runners and supporters can soak up the festive atmosphere at our event village - guest speakers, sponsored prizes, food vendors and more. All runners and teams will confirm their goal at the registration event taking place on Friday 13th September.
