The Voet van Afrika is tough, challenging and a test of mental and physical endurance.
The unique routes through farming areas, gravel road and jeep tracks across the mountain for the 42.2km athletes, with clear country air, green wheat and yellow canola fields and striking fynbos. The last stretch from Napier is on tar road to Bredasdorp Sport Grounds.
NEW ROUTE for the 21.1km athletes, taking you back 20 years STARTING IN NAPIER again, through farming areas with the last stretch from Napier on tar road back to Bredasdorp Sport Grounds where the warm hospitality of the Overberg awaits every athlete.
The first 1000 entrants across all distances, excluding the 4km Fun Run, will receive a complementary event buff as part of their entry.
With the NEW 21.1km route entrants who park at the start in Napier can purchase a return bus ticket from Bredasdorp Sport Grounds, for R80 to collect their vehicles. Shuttles will run from 10h30 and the last bus will depart at 12h30. They will run on a continuous basis and will depart once full.
