08h00 Half-Mile (800m) : Rising Stars 7-9 years
08h15 1 Mile : Boys & Girls 10-13 years (Sub Youth)
08h30 1 Mile : Boys & Girls 14-17 years (Youth)
08h45 1 Mile : Boys & Girls 18-19 years (Junior)
09h00 1 Mile : Masters Men and Women (35+ years)
09h15 1 Mile : Seniors (20-34 years)

In the unlikely event that we need to make any changes to the current program this will be communicated
- ASA license required when competing in any of the Age Category events.
- No ASA license is required to participate in the Fun Run events.
- No temporary licenses will be sold on race day.
- Athletes without an ASA license are welcome to join the category runs as a "Fun Runner" only.
- All competitive races will be conducted under World Athletics (WA), Athletics South Africa (ASA), and Athletics Free State (AFS) rules and regulations.
Race Number Collection:
Collect your race number from our collection venue. Please ensure to bring the race number confirmation e-mail with you to the Number Collection:
Friday 24 October, from 10:00 - 18:00, Parys Info and Tourism Centre
Saturday 25 October, from 05:00, Parys Info and Tourism Centre
Collecting for Others: Entrants will be able to collect race numbers for fellow runners provided they bring a copy of the fellow runner's race number confirmation e-mail and ID.
No Substitutions will be available.
Any athletes competing in the event for ASA Qualifier or Elite Races must wear their ASA race numbers as per ASA requirements.
NO TEMPORARY LICENCES will be sold at this event. Athletes without an ASA license will participate in the FUN events.
