About:
Mapungubwe 4in1 Marathon is part of the Annual Mapungubwe Arts and Cultural Festival, the flagship project of the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture, and it is viewed as a big melting pot of heritage, culture and tradition of the province. This event is at the core mandate of the department which is Social Cohesion and Nation Building where people of different race, creed and colour from different parts of the country and the neighbouring states meet to enjoy different art forms.

This is a Comrades Marathon Qualifier and Two Oceans Qualifier.

MANUAL ENTRIES
Will be open from 2nd February to 6th February 2026 at Department of Sports. (Plus R10 Handling Fee)
COLLECTION OF RACE NUMBERS
Race Numbers will be collected at 21 Biccard Str, Department of Sports, Arts and Culture
Date: 4th February to 06th February 2026 from 12H00 to 17H00.
No Race Numbers will be issued on the day of the Race.
