With 4 distances offered, there is something for everyone and the aim of this swim is to let kids experience their own "rotto swim".
Lots of spot prizes and vouchers plus a finisher's medal will complete their rotto achievement when taking part in Champs of the Bay 2026.
Distances Available:
| 150m Simmo's Splash | 1 Lap | Simmo's Splashers start at the water's edge, swim 1 full lap, round the final buoy and complete 150m under the finish arch. | | 300m Dash | 2 Laps | Dashers swim 2 laps, with a short run & turn at the water's edge after Lap 1 and finish under the arch after Lap 2. | | 450m RIA Classic | 3 Laps | Classics add a 3rd lap, so will have 2 short run & turns and a finish under the arch after Lap 3. | | 600m Olympic | 4 Laps | Olympians swim 4 laps, with 3 short run & turns and a finish under the arch after Lap 4. |

A discounted Early Bird entry period will be open for ONE WEEK ONLY from Friday 16th January 2026.
Swimmers will be provided with ferry voucher codes with their confirmation of entry.
Voucher codes are redeemable for online bookings with Rottnest Express (Fremantle) or Rottnest Fast Ferries (Hillarys).
