The Gender Equality, Wellness and Leadership (GEWAL) Centre at the Motsepe Foundation is committed to enabling women to step into leadership and take control of their own journeys. Since 2016, we have convened women from all walks of life - urban and rural, emerging and established, powerful and marginalised - to unite in eliminating bias in systems, power, and access.
