Polokwane Athletic Club are excited to be hosting the Rocky Nice & Easy on the 16 May 2026.

The first 200 online entries on 21.1km and 10km will receive free race t-shirts. The remaining t-shirts will be sold at R180 for all categories.
There is a total of R16 000 cash prizes available.
