About: The second edition of the Sesheng AC Half Marathon will take place on Saturday, 10 October 2026, in Kathu, Northern Cape, South Africa. The race starts at 06:30 from Curro on Umgeni Road.
Participants can choose from three distances: 21.1km (Half Marathon), 10km, and 5km, catering to both competitive athletes and community runners.
The primary aim of the event is to encourage communities across the country to take up running and stay fit. By offering a range of distances, the race hopes to inspire people of all ages and fitness levels - from seasoned athletes to beginners - to embrace an active lifestyle.
Race Pace collection: 9 October 2026, Kalahari Country Club, 15h00pm - 19h00pm.
Water points will be available approximately every 3 km along the route.
