We are running September 26th. in Kalkbrottet.
Number pickup:
On raceday from 12.30
You can sign up for any of the three heats we have, but heat 1 will also include those who would like to run fast, while heat 3 will also include those who would like to walk.

Getting to Kalkbrottet:
The address for Kalkbrottet is kalkbrottsgatan 114, 216 11 Limhamn.
Kalkbrottet is a nature reserve, so we encourage everyone to bike or take public transportation to the start.
By bike: There is plenty of space to park your bike out here, remember to lock your bike.
By Bus:
From Triangeln: Bus 1, and change to Bus 4, or bus 7 and change to 4. Get off at Malmö Hammars Parkväg.
From Hyllie Station: Bus 33 and get off at Annetorp, and walk 8 minutes.
By car: Please park on side streets in the area, as the parking lot will be used for the race. Check for any parking cost, before leaving your car.
12:30-13:30 Number pick up
When arriving at the start, if you have not picked up your number yet, then there will be a tent where you can pick it up.
We will have a list of Numbers / Participants on display, look up your number before you go and pick it up. BRING YOUR ID / or the confirmation email you got when you signed up.
Late Registration: Will only be allowed if we have not yet sold out. The race has sold out the previous 5 editions.
Bags: There will be an area where you can leave bags, this area will be unattended, so do not leave valuables, it is at your own risk.
Restrooms: In the area there will be portable toilets for the runners to use.

Only runners are allowed to enter Kalkbrottet. Please DO NOT bring strollers or pets - these will not be allowed into Kalkbrottet.
Everyone will be timed, and everyone can place in the top 3 no matter what group they start in.
IMPORTANT: Please start in the group that is assigned to your startnumber, otherwise you will get the wrong time.
13:55: Group 1 should get ready behind the startline.

Photos: We will take as many photos as possible in Kalkbrottet - smile to the photographer - and we will let you know when the photos are ready for viewing.
The course: The first 600m. is flat, and then it goes downhill on a gravel road into Kalkbrottet. Please be aware of your footing as you run down the hill. After a little bit of flat running there will be a ?little? hill that you will have to run up and then back into Kalbrottet. Here you will run for another kilometer before you will run up the last hill and exit Kalkbrottet on the western side, and run towards the finish.
There will be flagvakter at every turn, and at any critical points during the course, please follow their directions. Remember this is not a course for a personal record, and the distance is around 5,3km.
Recommendation: We recommend that you enjoy the silence of running in a place as beautiful and serene as Kalkbrottet, so run without headphones and enjoy the full experience of Kalkbrottet.
It is important that you follow the course, and do not try to take a ?sneak peek? over the side - you will be able to see everything along the course.
At the finish there will be water and fruit.
First Aid: There will be First Aid in Kalkbrottet - in the middle of the race.
