About: Fortress Running Series Vryheid Run takes place on the 25th of July 2026 at AbaQulusi Plaza.
General
1. Prize giving at 09h00, Medals for all finishers
2. Start and finish at Vryheid.
3. Refreshment stations shall be provided at every 3km intervals or more frequently if possible.
4. Refreshments shall be available for sale at the Start/Finish points.
5. Distance markers will be placed for every kilometre for 10km and 5km.
6. First aid will be available at the start and the finish points.
7. The cut-off time for the main race (10km) is 3 hours.

Complimentary T-Shirt to the first 300 online entries on the 10km.
