- An ASA license is required for athletes competing in any age-category or competitive race.
- No ASA license is required for the Fun Run / Walk events.
- No temporary licenses will be sold on race day.
- Athletes without an ASA license are welcome to enter the Fun Run / Walk categories only.
- All competitive races will be conducted under World Athletics, Athletics South Africa, and Athletics Free State rules and regulations.
- Athletes competing in the ASA Qualifier or Elite races must wear their official ASA race numbers as required.
