🎟️ Entries and Registration
- Online entries close at midnight on Sunday, 2 August 2026, or earlier if sold out.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- If the event is cancelled due to natural disasters or service delivery protests, entries will be deferred to the following year's event.
- Entry fees: 10 km: R200; temporary licence for 10 km: R70; 5 km: R150.
- Entry confirmation will be sent by email.
- No late entries or registrations on race day.
📦 Race Numbers and Pack Collection
- Race packs can be collected at Hope Restoration Ministries, Chloorkop.
- Collection times are 6 and 7 August 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, and 8 August 2026, from 05:30 to 06:45.
- Participants must bring their race number confirmation.
- To collect on behalf of another participant, bring a letter of authorisation, the confirmation email with ticket, a copy of the participant?s ID or driver's licence, and a copy of the collector's ID or driver's licence.
✅ Race Rules and Cut-Off Times
- Running with another participant's number or name is prohibited.
- Substitutions are only allowed during number collection and carry a R50 fee.
- Cut-off times are 2 hours for the 10 km race and 1 hour 15 minutes for the 5 km race.
