About: Joburg's Fastest 10K, hosted by Pirates Running Club, takes place on Sunday, 13 September 2026 at 7:00 AM from Pirates Club, Greenside, Johannesburg. The race is CGA approved and runs under CGA rules.
Entry fees are R210 with a temporary license available at R75. Online entries close on 10 September 2026, with pre-entries available until the same date or while stocks last at the club's reception (Monday to Friday 10:00 - 17:00).
Race number collection will be at Pirates Club on Friday 11 September (12h00 - 17h00), Saturday 12 September (09h00 - 15h00), and Sunday 13 September (05h00 - 06h00).
The event boasts a total prize pool of R20 400 in cash, with winners announced at the prize-giving on race day at 09h00. Sponsored by Curaprox, Extreme Wear, Summit OOH Media, SMG Toyota Cresta, and supported by Central Gauteng Athletics, this race promises a competitive and exciting atmosphere for runners of all categories.
Demarcated and secure parking available at the Pirates Club in Greenside, with additional secure parking available at Greenside High School.
