About: 🏃♂️ Alfa Bodyworks ARD Athletics Club proudly presents the 14th Annual 3 Vlei 10km Run & 5km Fun Walk!🌿
Join us on Sunday, 8 November 2026. for one of Cape Town's most scenic community races, starting from Fairmount Senior Secondary (Klip Road).
This much-loved event takes participants past the breathtaking trio of vleis - Princess Vlei, Ronde Vlei, and Zeekoe Vlei - nestled in the heart of the Grassy Park precinct.
Presented with pride by Awqaf, the race promises a vibrant atmosphere, stunning views, and a celebration of health and togetherness.
