The Stronger Fun Run creates an unforgettable experience for men, women, families and allies of all ages and backgrounds. As we lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement for the 5KM & 8KM, we embark on a journey that transcends mere competition.
We're running to break the silence around men's mental health and suicide. We're celebrating the strength it takes to talk, to heal, and to show up for each other. We're redefining strength.
On the 3rd of October, thousands will join forces in solidarity at the iconic Sandton Mushroom Park to walk and run with purpose. To remind every man that no one should run this race alone.
The Stronger Fun Run is proudly brought to you by Health Culture Consulting. This is the first annual event - and the beginning of a nationwide movement to put men's mental health on the map.

RACE COLLECTIONS AND LATE ENTRIES:
Manual entries will be available during collection dates or unless capacity has been reached and Race Number collections will be at Mushroom Farm Park, Sandown, Sandton at the following dates and times:
Thursday, 01 October 2026 - 16H00 to 19H00
Friday, 02 October 2026 - 11H00 to 19H00
Saturday (Race Day), 03 October 2026 - 05H00 to 06h15
CORPORATE OR GROUP REGISTRATION:

EVENT PARKING:
Parking will be available at the Sandton City parking facility at a reduced rate of R15. The parking tickets will be provided during collection and ONLY grant access to the Sandton City parking facility on Levels 2 to 7 only. These tickets will be valid only on 3 October 2026 and may not be used on any other date.
