VENUE & PARKING INFORMATION
- The event will take place at Jordania Primary School Rugby Fields.
- No vehicles will be permitted onto the school grounds after 16:30.
- Parking is available on the large circle in Plein Street and along the closed-off road.
- One lane around Jordania Primary School will be closed to traffic.
- Security will be stationed in the parking areas.
BUSINESS GAZEBOS / STANDS
Business teams wishing to have a gazebo/stand must ensure that it is set up before the road closure at 16:30.
Gazebo positions will not be marked and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important: Only gas braais will be permitted on the school grounds. Food and refreshments will also be available from the tuck shop.
WHAT TO BRING
As this is a Neon Run, participants are reminded to bring their headlamps/torches.
