The Mangokoane Kraal Trail Run is an 8 km trail-running experience set against the culturally significant and scenic landscape of Maijane, Ga-Mphahlele, Limpopo. Starting at Mangokoane Bridge, the route takes participants through a unique combination of natural terrain, local heritage and rural landscapes, including the Hlakaro River area and the surroundings of the Tshipi and Seogeng Mountains.
More than a trail run, the event brings together sport, wellness, heritage and local tourism, creating an opportunity for runners, families and the wider community to experience and celebrate Mangokoane Kraal. With varied terrain ranging from gravel and sand to river crossings, moderate climbs and tarred sections, the event offers an enjoyable challenge for both newcomers and experienced trail runners.
