About:
Mzansi AC 4 in 1 Marathon is held on the 28th of November 2026 to encourage South African society to take care of their health, and to stop gender based violence.
We are calling on all Males and Females to Pause a bit during arguments, go out for a Walk or a Run and come back refreshed.
We encourage people to seek help from Elders, share your challenges with Pastors and Social Workers, who can assist us to overcome all the challenges.
