About:
With the venue for the start and finish at the Sondela Nature Reserve just outside Bela Bela, the Sondela Bela Bela Cycle Challenge 2013, presented by Centurion Cycling Club, takes place on 18 and 19 May this year. The Road Challenge will take place on Saturday 18 May and the MTB Experience on Sunday 19 May.
In its 18th year, the event will again raise funds for some of the local charity organisations in Bela Bela.
The start venue is at the entrance of Sondela, which is situated on the R516 which is off the N1 North, approximately 1km from the Bela Bela/Setters off ramp, towards Settlers. The road race starts at 06:30 in the R516 on Saturday. The MTB starts at 08:00 on Sunday inside Sondela next to the entertainment village.
Sondela Nature Reserve will set up an entertainment village at the Start/Finish venue with food and beverage stalls, a beer garden, access controlled bike park, game viewing with rangers, quad bike excursions, hiking trails, kids entertainment area, live entertainment and lots more!

Ride Information:
The road race will be limited to 2 000 cyclists and 1 000 for the MTB event.
There will also be Kiddies Rides on Saturday and Sunday (good dirt road) to entertain the young ones during the race.

Licenses:
NOTE: FULL LICENCED ROAD RIDERS MUST ENTER BEFORE RACE DAY!
We need the number of licenced riders to determine the number of officials required on race day, so please do your pre-entry now!
You will be required to have 2013 CSA Membership which will be checked at registration. If you have not applied for CSA Membership, you will be required to purchase a day license for R35.
