We have been fortunate to move our marathon earlier in the year for our runners. Gorgeous cool weather will give you a fantastic run and with our 17 fully stocked water tables and supporters, you will be cheered and supported along the route.
First 500 online entrants across any distance will receive a free moisture management running shirt and buff.
Our marathon begins at the renowned Merensky High School at the entrance to Tzaneen with a lovely winding route followed by some undulating hills with exquisite scenery around the now bursting Tzaneen Dam. A circuit will lead runners back to the Merensky High School as their finish. Our route will attest to good qualifying times and better seedings for their next Comrades.
The Warriors Foundation is registered with SARS as a Public Benefit Organisation and is thus authorised to issue CSI certificates (BEE purposes) in return for donations.
The Galaxy Bingo Wolfpack Marathon has already been earmarked as an important and necessary annual event for our local runners, and surrounding areas. Looking ahead, many of whom are unable to travel the long distances to Marathons such as the Kaapsehoop, Johnson Crane, DeLoitte, should these open soon. The 42.2km marathon is a Comrades Marathon qualifying event, on our doorstep, for runners.
